Meet the Management Team

Detailed below is a brief description of each person, their background and the skills they would bring to our clients:

Sales Director – John Cushing

John has ten years IT service delivery experience in a wide variety of roles, all within the contract resource field. Having managed multiple mass engineering teams nationwide, John draws on a wealth of staffing experience, including DSG Estate Rollouts and Field operations, Ladbrokes, Marks & Spencers, Burger King, NCR and Tesco projects.

John also worked on-site in an internal capacity for Land Securities PLC (Recruitment Manager, managing £4m spend), bringing a wide range of experience and product knowledge to bear when deploying contractors onto site.

Finance Director - Emanuel Andjelic

Emanuel graduated from Cambridge University and spent several years managing large volume IT resource projects before moving into cost modeling, trend analysis and spend rationalisation.

Now mixing the demands of running a complex finance function, with a focus on streamlining processes in order to cut overheads for PPR clients. Emanuel prides himself on delivering effective, affordable cost models whilst improving service delivery.

Operations Director – Tushir Patel

Tushir has worked alongside John and Emanuel for the past six years and has developed from being a resourcer to national resource manager, through his technical expertise (MCSE qualified) and genuine integrity.

Bringing with him a vast database of personally selected and vetted personnel, Tushir and his team can rapidly respond to any client's resource requests. With overall responsibility for the nationwide PPR operation, Tushir is an integral part of our ability to deliver excellent service. 

Head of Project Scheduling – Andre Da Cunha

Andre has spent the last five years working within a project scheduling capacity. Previously responsible for large volume scheduling within Ladbrokes PLC, he brings a wealth of experience to the team and allows for the rapid deployment of engineers to take place in a structured and precise manner. 

Andre's excellent interpersonal skills and operational efficiency make him a vital service bridge between engineers and clients.
