All PPR clients have their own unique and precise service standards, which is why we build bespoke outsourcing solutions tailoured to their needs.

PPR can work to 4, 8 or 24 hour SLA's as required. We also provide some of our clients with emergency sickness cover to assist in meeting their SLA's.
